The Founders
As founders, husband and wife, and parents to five, Tom and Ali know firsthand what it's like to lead through chaos. Tom leverages his background in high-stakes, international aviation leadership to instill calm and create order from complexity in every client engagement. Ali, with a Master's in Counseling and a focus on soul care, bolsters their shared belief that true operational health is impossible without healthy leadership. They have lived the reality that brokenness exists everywhere, and the consequences of suppressing it. They've also seen that when we purposefully engage brokenness, and allow God to transform it and us, we receive beauty out of the redemption.
